I love shopping for vegetarian foods online, and The Vegetarian Express is a great place to find unique staples for your vegetarian friendly pantry.  The site features all natural vegan products that have no artificial ingredients, hydrogenated oils, or refined sugars.  They promise to never use MSG, chemicals, white flour, vinegars or salt and pepper in their products.  My favorites are the vegan seasonings like the veggie salt and lemony dill zest.  They offer a great cheese substitute called Parma Zaan sprinkles.  On a cold night try the lentil soup mix or the creamy white gravy.  They offer lots of pantry staples like barley flour, corn meal, wheat berries and yeast flakes.  The products are a great value and can be shipped promptly to your door.  This is a great resource for vegan foods and makes up tasty foods in your kitchen.
