I'll post the UFC.com review of episode 5 then I'll comment with my thoughts of the episode.

As this week's show commences, it picks up in the Octagon, where Team Nogueira's Efrain Escudero has won the first lightweight bout of the tournament by submitting Team Mir's Shane Nelson. Incensed by his teammate's loss, Browning jumps the Octagon fence and tries to get at Escudero. Immediately, interim UFC heavyweight champ Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira intercepts Browning and holds him back. When the dust settles, Nogueira says of Browning, "He's scared, and he's gonna be the next to tap."

The best two fighters they could get to coach these guys

The Premise
In essence it is a reality show. 16 men live in a house together, divided into two teams. Two UFC fighters are their coaches for the season. The have rigorous training daily, and the two coaches, along with Dana White, the CEO of the UFC, pick the two that will fight each-other. The loser is eliminated, and the other continues. It goes on until there are two men standing. Then the will fight for the title of Ultimate Fighter, and a one year contract with the UFC. The two coaches also fight on a pay-per-view event. The show comes on Wednesday's at 10:00 on Spike.

The Ultimate Fighter has MMA fighters live together and fight together, in and out of the Octagon. Some start fights in the house, among other things. You will see teams fight against each other every week, sometimes two fights. Every week will definitely have some drama involving the 16 men who vie for a 6 figure contract at the end. The two veteran fighter coaches will usually have it out on PPV with the exception of this season, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson has retired from MMA all together.
