the Terrace Theatre is located in Charleston, SC.  Like allot of places in Charleston, this theatre is packed full of history, beauty and charm.  From the star-lit ceilings to the old movie seats to the curtain-drawn movie screen.  The walls are covered with old movie posters and some local art pieces making it easy to get to the show early.

The Terrace plays indie films you may not see in a normal theater.  They also serve bottles of wine and beer.  They cork the bottle for you and hand over two plastic cups along with your bag of popcorn!  It is definitely the best place to go for date night or girl's night out.

It is located besdie a new Morocan/French restaurant called Fez... very interesting.  Review for that will come later!

I agree, I have always love the Terrace but don't go often enough. They have great movie posters as you go in, one from The Bandit Queen, which I saw in a small Zeitgeist theater in N.O. that very few people have heard of, hooked me after that.
