The Terminator: Sarah Conner Chronicles Reviews

If you were a fan of the original Terminator movie, or the second, you'll love this.  It's back to the great action, great plot, and moral dilemma. 

The actors are excellent, especially the girl playing Cameron (the terminator).  You'll remember her from Firefly.  No one can keep a straight face like her.

The new season also is the debut of Shirley Manson's acting career (singer from Garbage).  Good casting all around.

The Terminator Sara Conner Chronicles is a futureistic sci-fi show that one day could become a reality if out society keeps advancing at the pace it is going. Computers are getting smaller and doing more things for us each day that man and his conceince and human nature once decided. In this show human like robots are created to assist humanity but then they learn to think and repair themselves and make more like themselves until they decide they are better than man and take over the world, The Connors try to go back in time to prevent this technology from ever being invented and are finding it...

Despite the critical pounding that "Terminator Salvation" took, and less than spectacular box office, it's possible that The Halycon Company is invested enough in the movie franchise that they'll make a sequel anyway, although to be honest that will probably depend on DVD sales for the film. Overall, "Terminator Salvation" has not been a runaway hit, and once you factor in production and advertising cost, it's a minor success at best, but it's hard to justify another major movie sequel (with the mega budget of one) from that.
