The Spirit Review

The Spirit (2008) This is a Comic Book movie. It is about a rookie cop that fakes his own death. The cop then decides to fight crime in the shadows of Central City.

 The Octopus comes to town and he is looking for the  Mystical Blood of Heracles, it will make him immortal! Sand Saref is in town too, and she is looking for the Treasure of the Argonauts. The two chest that the Octopus and Sand Saref get are the wrong chest and they must swap them.

The Octopus kills everyone that sees his face. The Spirit starts to find the Octopus and get rid of him. The Spirit sees Sand Saref and he talks to her and they both remember they were childhood boyfriend and girlfriend! The Spirit lets Sand Saref escape, but he has a battle with the Octopus!

This is a great movie made from a comic book.. there is some good action, great acting, great people doing the acting too. If you like movies made about comic books, this is a must see!
