This cookbook is simply boring and impractical with poor instructions, no pictures, uninspired recipes and a bit of preaching. Simply cannot recommend it unless someone is really devoted to sneaking health into food. Most of the recipes do not sound appetizing and many are far too complicated for your average mom or dad. And let's be honest but isn't that who buys this type of book?
