The Slimfast Diet — 

I love slimfast. Very flavorful and creamy. I don't have time to make a good healthy breakfast, so I drink one of these delicious drinks. I feel full longer, and sometimes have one for lunch as well. No more afternoon cravings! Great product. My favorite is the creamy milk chocolate. I wish they had more flavor choices. I have lost 8 lbs this month switching just to Slimfast for breakfast 5 days a week.

does it really help?I don't eat a balaced breakfast or a full meal ,I don't eat a lot of junk food.I really need help don't go to weight wachers,jenny craig I just need a little push,thanks I'll try it
