Excellent story of a dry drunk Jack Torrence, whos last chance job is at a remote hotel in the Colorado mountains in the dead of winter. Let me emphasize the word DEAD. So this dry drunk is a writer and he has a wife and son,Danny. What the writer doesnt know is that his son Danny is a Psychic Power Station and the Outlook hotel is the perfect OUTLET.
