I liked this book because it made me feel good while dieting. It is an informative book and easy to follow. The main focus of this book is to accurately adjust your serotonin levels. Serotonin is located in the brain, and is essential to how you feel. It helps you with your moods. If you are unhappy or sad, it probably has to do with your serotonin levels. This book lets you know when the time is right during the day to eat certain foods you want. I was able to eat foods I didn't think I could. There are a lot of snack choices to choose from. A favorite of mine is the popcorn I was able to eat. There are lots of other goodies as well. This book gave me a list of the snacks that I was allowed to eat. This diet helped suppress my appetite too. I was eating the right foods and snacks during certain times of the day. It worked. This book has a "12-week" step-by-step plan. I must admit, I didn't follow it to the letter. I did a good enough job that I was able to lose a few pounds. My emotional state was definitely better after being on this diet. I felt full and my cravings went away. This book is a fair price. I had to buy mine on sale, and I'm glad I did. Overall, I felt good while dieting, so I recommend this book.
