What Was The Seeker Seeking
The Seeker, a 13-year-old boy, didn't have much of a clue about what he was seeking. He was thrust into the role to come between light and dark. He is the 7th son of the 7th son, but doesn't think he fits the part until he learns of his twin that he never knew of. Ultimately, the boy is seeking his brother and saving him while protecting the world from a dark force. He's confused and unsure how to handle his newfound powers.
My Opinion of The Seeker
I'll admit that this isn't my kind of movie, so it wasn't going over well with me from the start. However, I spend most of the movie discussing what was happening with my 9 year old son. trying to figure out what was going on. It was a confusing movie, the plot felt rushed and underdeveloped and it was dark and scary at times. I would not recommend this movie unless you are a big action flick fan or have a think about light and dark; good verses evil.
