The Printer Works Review

We recently started having problems with the fuser on one of our older printers, and as a result needed to purchase a new one along with the kit necessary to fix our printer.  Only because this option was cheaper than buying a new printer, we looked around for a web-site that sold one of the fuser kits at an affordable price.  This was where The Printer Works online store came in to play, and it ended up being a great decision to go with them in the first place.

Glancing through the site, it was quite obvious the web-site had numerous printer parts and accessories that could satisfy everyone, including us, in that it had the exact fuser kit that we were looking for.  Getting to that point was pretty easy, as the search engine on the site was very easy to work with, and the loading time of each of the pages was also almost instantly.  It was also simple to read the prices for each of the items, and the price was just right for the fuser we were looking to purchase.

Once you have everything in the cart, and you are ready to check-out, you can either register for the site or continue using it under a "guest" account.  It is then at your discretion which shipping method you want to use, with the quicker ones being slightly more expensive than something like UPS ground.  We went with their FedEx ground option which only cost $7.49, they then tacked on the tac amounts, and we were then given an exact total that would be charged to the credit card.  They also allow you to use the card of your choice, and upon entering all of my information, a transaction screen is presented to print off for your own records.

As soon as I had finished making the order on the web-site, I was sent a confirmation e-mail that I keep for my own records, and which I was able to check if I wanted to figure out what day I had ordered my product.  The fuser kit came within 5 business days, which was pretty darn quick for a web-site when you just select "ground" as the shipping option, and everything within the box was intact.  The experience with The Printer Works site was a pleasant one, and everything went perfectly from the ordering down to the receipt of the product.  The ease of use for the site, and the satisfaction I got from using them leads me to highly recommend The Printer Works Online site.
