The Nines —

Here is a movie that is not for the average movie goer. Ryan Reynolds attracts most women and men a-like these days because he is both handsome and funny, but this is unlike anything he has ever done before. Writer/Director John August brings to us three stories incredibly intertwined with an outcome that even I, a huge movie buff, could not guess. To tell you exactly what the movie is about would ruin the plot and the adventure that you embark upon once you press play. But know this, not everyone is going like this movie, it is funny, sad, heartfelt, odd, puzzling, creepy, and wonderful. It is a movie that you will want to talk about when it is over. John August even states in the commentary that this was a film that he wanted people to want to talk about. Well, watch it, and then come and talk about it!
