I've been using mouth wash since I was a kid, everything form Scope to Listerine, but nothing compares to The Natural Dentist. I've tried several rinses from this brand, including the fluoride rinse. I recently saw the Healthy Gums Rinse with a label that it was suitable for bleeding gums. Though I care for my teeth faithfully, I have always had sensitive gums. I've added The Natural Dentist to my regimen and my gums now have super powers! Seriously, they don't bleed any more, and they don't hurt when I get my teeth cleaned. My favorite part is that this mouth rinse doesn't contain any harmful chemicals, such as parabens or phthalates. When my kids get a bit older, I will definitely start them on this. Check out the whole line of Natural Dentist rinses. They are safe and effective with a mild taste and absolutely not stinging or burning. Most mouthwashes have me watching the clock, begging for my 30 seconds to end, but not this one!

Really like the refreshing taste left in your mouth. Also it does not burn my mouth love that! It dose not contain alcohol YAY so you don't have the burning in your mouth and tongue. It is all natural so I don't have to worry about any toxic chemicals getting in my body. It seems to work well I could tell my teeth felt cleaner and whiter with less tarter. It is very expensive but it seemed to last a very long time. I seem to use less of this mouth wash then I did of the normal mouth wash. It does have fluoride in it, I am not crazy about that normally I am buying the natural products because they do not have fluoride, but in this product I use such a little amount that it does not bother me that much. This is a great all natural product that kills the bacteria in your mouth, leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean, and prevents tartar build up. It is a little pricy but I think for a good all natural mouthwash it is worth it!

I am trying to get chemicals out of my life plus I have been having some teeth problems. In the past, I have often relied on mouthwash to fight bacteria in my mouth both as a breath freshener and as a help when I have tooth pain as well. So I was delighted to find The Natural Dentist Healthy Gums Mouth Rinse which doesn't use chemicals and which is specifically to keep your gums healthy. Several people in my family have had gum problems leading to loss of their teeth and I don't want that to happen to me. I also feel that the huge rise in diseases like cancer in the United States is due to too many chemical products in everything we use. So, reducing or eliminating chemicals is a high priority for myself and my family. Tooth disease nowadays is highly preventable and is also linked to heart disease, so gum protection is also very important. I definitely feel that this product has helped my teeth and I recommend it highly.

I recently tried The Natural Dentist peppermint twist mouth wash. The product was of interest to me as it advertised that it aided in reducing and preventing bleeding gums and gingivitis. I also am trying to move toward products with less chemical ingredients. The product tasted ok and the smell reminded me of the dentist office. If you can get past the odd green color the product is fine. I have not had any problems with the product and my gums appear to be healthy. I also like the freshness it gives my breath and this product does not burn like some other mouth rinses. I mentioned the color earlier, I was taken aback when I saw the color. It is a pale greenish yellow color. There is nothing wrong with the color but in the world of bright blue, green or red mouth rinses it was a surprise. Overall, I liked the mouth rinse and will continue to purchase the product. The price point was only slightly higher than the more widely known brands.

I appreciate this mouth rinse on a lot of levels. For one thing it does not contain any alcohol, which is a common ingredient in the majority of mouthwashes and mouth rinses out there on the market today. Though alcohol will kill bacteria in your mouth, it is also very harsh and can burn your sensitive mouth lining and tongue. I do not like to use mouth rinses with alcohol so I am very pleased this one does not include it. The taste of this mouth rinse is very pleasant and it smells lovely. I enjoy using it regularly. While I change toothpaste frequently, and love to try new things, I am very loyal to this mouthwash. I also like that it has fluoride, which some "natural" dental products do not. Bad teeth run in my family so my dentists have always recommended that I use products containing fluoride, but I like to use natural products as well so this is the best of both worlds. While the price is somewhat high, I find that acceptable because it is an all-natural mouthwash that kills bacteria and threatens breath without the harshness and burning related to standard mouthwashes. I think it is a great alternative and that The Natural Dentist is a good, reputable company that makes quality products.

 I tried the Peppermint Twist flavor and this stuff tastes like you are taking a minty but maybe cinnamony shot of echinacea that has been thinned out with aloe vera gel. A very memorable taste that I would like to forget soon. It is very herbal tasting and it has a gel feel to it inside your mouth, it brought on a little gag reflex for me. I didn't care for this antigingivitis rinse very much I prefer other non alcohol rinses mainly because of the taste and aftertaste. The rinse is also an olive green color which doesn't help it either (at least wheat grass shots are a pretty green color). I don't have gingivitis so I can't comment on the reducing of bleeding gums claim. I will be glad when my bottle is empty and I won't be buying this product again, but nothing ventured is nothing gained and you never know when you'll find that gem of a product. I really do like and frequently purchase natural products this one was just not my cup of tea.

I purchased this at a nearby drugstore. I was intrigued by the whole "naturalness" of this product and thought I should give it a try. Seems like natural is usually the best way to go to avoid toxins and  unwanted pesticides into our body.  Some things just need to not be natural though, lol.  Both my husband and I really did not like the taste of this mouthwash. We painstakingly would swish it every night before bed and it never left a pleasant taste in our mouth. Sure, i'm sure it was helping us prevent cavities and removing stains (or whatever it's supposed to be doing!), but it just tasted disgusting. Maybe i'm just so used to the "unnatural" mouthwashes like Scope and Listerine which leave my mouth feeling SO refreshed and ALIVE.  I know it doesn't have any alcohol, but a little alcohol for your mouth is not going to kill you. Another con is that WOW this stuff is NOT cheap, save your money!

I love the Natural Dentist mouth rinse. I use the peppermint and really like the flavor. I'm not a big peppermint fan so I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I love that it's alcohol free since alcohol dries out your mouth and makes bad breath worse! I also love that it's SLS free and doesn't test on animals. I'm very happy with this product and will try their toothpaste when I run out of the Trader Joes toothpaste I'm currently using.
