NOTE: This review will ruin "The Mummy" for you, if you haven't seen it! I highly suggest you see that before seeing "The Mummy Returns" but if you really don't care, read on!

Plot
Thebes - 3067 BC... The Scorpion King tried to conquer the world but his army was defeated. The King made a devilish pact for his life to be saved now in exchange for his soul. After the devil was done with him, his army was returned to the sand "where they await silently, to be awakened once again."

Egypt - 1933... Rick is exploring ancient ruins with his wife and his son. His wife feels like she has been there before...

Strange but Exciting
a movie buff, watching chick flicks, into action flicks, a comedy fan

I love these types of movies. The plot wasn't A+ material but it was exciting. It was an action packed adventure with a whole lot of mummies. It kept me on the edge of my seat....even though you can figure out the outcome. The actors are all top of their game. I especially like Brendon Fraiser and the woman who plays his wife. Great movie for those who like thrillers or just want to see some action-the mummy type that is. :)
