I really like this product.  I have an aussie with skin and coat issues due to allergies, etc., she also has a protien losing enthropathy.  This product has helped with both issues.  At one point after a period where the aussie was sick, and not getting any of her supplements, her skin was all flakey like a person with psorisis, and her coat looked horrible and was very thin...With in a few week on Missing Link her skin was great, and her coat was already looking better.  Now her coat and skin are great.  I have all three of my dogs on it.  I have also given it to my cat for a skin issue... read full review »

I started giving my greyhound The Missing Link about a year ago, and I can see and feel the difference. She used to suffer from itchy, dry, flaky skin on her belly, especially in the winter. Now that's gone, despite one of the worst midwestern winters ever, and I can feel her fur is softer.

Many greyhounds have "crate rub" (a bare butt) when they come off the track, because of their confining crates. My dog's hair has started to grow back "back there," I'm sure at least in part due to Missing Link.

I have tried both the regular version and the joint-protection version; I haven't noticed a difference,...

I've used Missing Link supplement many times, and it's been a miracle.  My dog has always suffered with terrible skin, some form of allergy that even the vet wrote off as something that could only be taken care of temporarily.  I used The Missing Link for several months and made for a truly happy dog.  Not only do they love the taste of it, but within a week you can truly see it working.  It's a worthy investment and makes me so glad I took the chance on it.

I have a Bichon and a Shih-Tzu-Poo, and both pets have skin allergies. The Bichon was especially prone to hot-spots. My Vet and I tried prednisone and cyclosporine, both of which can have side effects. Neither medicine worked very well for a long-term solution. A friend recommended The Missing Link, and I tried itm mixing the powder into the dog food at each feeding. They love the taste and my Bichon has not had any trouble with hot spots, even though we have had a very hot and humid summer. Of course, my Vet also recommended The Missing Link. Always check with your Vet before making any...

Missing Link is a vitamin and mineral supplement for pets. It gets mixed into their food once a day.

I have three little fur girls. One is 15, one is 12, one is 2. The 12 year old had bilateral knee surgery three years ago. I had started them on Missing Link Plus (hasglucosamine) about 4 years ago. When the surgeon wanted to give us a prescription for a glucosamine supplement, I told him we were giving her Missing Link and he said don't bother with the supplement. And she is doing extremely well ever since. Also, both of my senior girls are in great health and have excellent coats (yorkshire and...
