This is by far my favorite hotel in vegas.  If you want a hotel where you can get away from it all in a luxurious setting, this is the place for you.  The entire hotel is set in a tropical theme and is so beautiful.  The entire ambience inside and out is relaxing, not to mention they… read full review »

Check in was quick and easy. The room was at the absolute end of the hall, I figure at least an eighth of a mile from the elevators. When arriving at the room the key card would not allow us in. Same with a gal in the next room who stated she'd already gone back to the desk and received a… read full review »

My husband and I stayed at the Mirage on our honeymoon back in 2001.  I have stayed at 2 other resorts in Las Vegas since then and nothing compares to the comfort that we had when we stayed here!  The rooms were clean and had lots of space to stretch out and relax!  Room service was fast and tasty!  Security is great.  We also loved the restaurants at the resort.  The buffet was the best!  The buffet has changed since then but I can't see messing with a good thing!  Everyone has to try the… read full review »

We stayed at the Mirage on our first trip to Vegas 3 years ago.  We loved it.  It's a beautiful hotel, and casino.  We sound dining choices lacking, especially for a quick bite.  The pool is awesome, but get there early to get a lounge. They are stacked so close together, you get to know your neighbor up close and personal. Too much so. — Yes, we would go back, but have found we like the MGM better. —… read full review »

Our stay at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas was bitter-sweet. The woman at the front desk was wonderful...we got a beautiful room with an incredible view and by far the best room we've had in any of our stays in Las Vegas. However, our overall experience was not good and I don't think we will stay there again. For one reason we felt the food and drink prices were completely unreasonable. We paid $40 for a sandwich (which was quite small) and two pops (room service). We went to the deli to have breakfast, all we had was two small bowls of fruit, two bagels with cream cheese and two coffees,… read full review »

The Mirage was the first resort to start the mega resort trend in Las Vegas. It opened in 1989 and to this day it still is a gem. The Mirage is very clean and you can see it keeps moving forward with the times. The Mirage staff is there for your every need. Check-in was quick and efficient. The rooms were very nice. The only thing I did not like about the room was that the walls seemed to be very thin and you could hear loud door slams and people talking in the hall. Also, the bath tub rug got in the way of the bathroom door and you couldn't open the bathroom door. This wasn't a big deal to… read full review »

The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas has proved to be the perfect fit for our vacations. The location is a comfortable walk to most strip attractions. I particularly enjoy the casinos that are clustered around the Mirage. The hotel is beautiful inside with a unique botanical theme in the lobby. The aroma that greets you at the entry is unmatched. The pool was rated second best in all of Vegas by a well known travel show and one cam immediately see why. The buffet was recently remodeled and serves gourmet food for every meal. We dined there at least once each day and loved it. We bought… read full review »

We were pleasantly surprised with how large our room was. The room was very clean, the housekeepers were very quiet and the drapes kept every speck of sunlight out (PERFECT for night-owls on what turned out to be a 40th BD/engagement trip!) I was disappointed that the pools were drained and closed. Being from the NW, the weather was still warm enough to lounge (mid 60s to low 70s in the day). We LOVED visiting the dolphins, tigers and lions in the garden. We were somewhat disappointed that the Cirque Beatles show was blacked out with no reason given why when we were there. … read full review »

The Mirage is beautiful...the aquarium is awesome at the check-in area. I love the tropical decor...the white tigers. Weekend brunch for a little over $20 was excellent with a wide variety of choices...eggs your way...sushi...lots of fish options. I love that they leave the coffee pot on your table. A couple of the casino bartenders need to pay more attention to the order of who approaches the bar to buy drinks. They could make big money in tips is they move with more a sense of urgency or service. I could have died of thirst waiting for a drink. The same applies for… read full review »

My boyfriend and I finally chose this hotel because of its central location on the strip. We were on the third floor of the hotel. Plenty of room, clean, elegantly appointed and everything I want in a room when away from home. The room was cleaned and stocked every day. The hotel staff [ including restaurants] were polite, friendly, helpful [particularly the front desk clerks and the concierge] and outgoing. The hotel is nice. The restaurants in the hotel are GREAT! Cravings Buffet does not disappoint and has enough choices to suit even the pickiest eater. Caribe Cafe is a great… read full review »

We were very please with the hotel, the staff, and the amnemities. Pretty much everything you could want was available all in one place. Good food, great gambling options, close to the monorail and an easy walk to attractions all over the strip. For the price, you got admittance to their pool which is very large and spacious and set in an almost woodsy like feel. With trees and paths all around, it was truly enjoyable. The only thing is that you MUST get to the pool very early in order to get a chair. The food was all good, however we felt it was a bit high-priced compared to… read full review »

The Mirage resort & Casino was an abosolutely gorgeous hotel, exactly what we expected. It was my husband's first trip out to vegas, my third, & I wanted us to stay at a romantic hotel, & everything was beautiful. I loved the room, it's nice to have a shower & tub, other hotels I've stayed at in Vegas just had the shower, & it was nice to have a vanity outside of the bathroom so I could get ready & my husband could have the bathroom to himself. One thing that was disappointing was the resteraunts, a lot of them were way too classy for our taste, for exapmle, when we first arrived I was very… read full review »

The Mirage Hotel and Casino was very tropical and cool as you arrive at the entrance. Lots of green plants and flowers as you walk on a curing path to the entrance of the Casino and lobby. The service was exceptional in the hotel, restaurants, and casino. The lagoon with dolphins and their trainers was very educational. The trainers encouraged one on one dialog after the training sessions which we really apprecated. Connected to the dolphin's three pooled lagoon, with underwater viewing, was the shaded and spray misted jungle setting for the lions, tigers, panthers… read full review »

This is our 4th time staying at the Mirage and after this trip my husband and I decided we will not be staying at the Mirage too soon. We will be looking at a new hotel to stay at next year. The rooms at the Mirage definitely needs to be updated (carpet, bedding, and etc...) The toilet was flushing very slow and the water in the sink wasn't draining well. The bed was a little harder than I previously remembered. As far as maid service, she was very friendly and did a good job cleaning. The pool area is beautiful especially with the waterfalls. One suggestion...if you like the sun all… read full review »

This was our fourth trip to Las Vegas in the past ten years. I must say that the Mirage ranks with the top hotels that we have stayed at during this time. The Mirage is located in the center of the strip, so there's easy access to other casinos, restaurants, and shopping areas of interest. The Mirage buffets were the best that we attended. (We had a breakfast and a dinner there). The cost for the dinner meal was not cheap (for Four- about a hundred dollars), but well worth it - all types of food (crab legs and prime rib were most enjoyable). In addition, other amenities were great. … read full review »
