This is our 4th time staying at the Mirage and after this trip my husband and I decided we will not be staying at the Mirage too soon. We will be looking at a new hotel to stay at next year. The rooms at the Mirage definitely needs to be updated (carpet, bedding, and etc...) The toilet was flushing very slow and the water in the sink wasn't draining well. The bed was a little harder than I previously remembered. As far as maid service, she was very friendly and did a good job cleaning. The pool area is beautiful especially with the waterfalls. One suggestion...if you like the sun all day, you need to get to the pool area in the morning. Otherwise, there are a lot of chairs in the shade due to all the trees. One incident at the Players Club...We were told by one of the workers at the players club that we could get a free buffet. The following day we went to the Players Club to cash it in and the gentleman at the Players Club told us we couldn't get a free buffet, he was very rude and told us to read the Players Club rules. My husband wasn't happy with him so he went to another person at the Players Club and she gave us a free buffet, no questions asked and told us we did qualify for a free buffet. The lines at the coffee shop get way too long in the morning. It doesn't matter what time you get there, it's crowded. The location of the Mirage is great...centrally located.

Shopping: Short Drive, You have to go to the M&M store.
