The Mirage resort & Casino was an abosolutely gorgeous hotel, exactly what we expected. It was my husband's first trip out to vegas, my third, & I wanted us to stay at a romantic hotel, & everything was beautiful. I loved the room, it's nice to have a shower & tub, other hotels I've stayed at in Vegas just had the shower, & it was nice to have a vanity outside of the bathroom so I could get ready & my husband could have the bathroom to himself. One thing that was disappointing was the resteraunts, a lot of them were way too classy for our taste, for exapmle, when we first arrived I was very hungry, looking for just an appetizer & a cocktail. It was hard to find a place that was even open, so I ended up going to a deli resteraunt & spending a lot of money for a sandwich that was way too big. Also, we went to an itailian resteraunt, & ate in the lounge area, there was no dress code for this resteraunt, but as we watched people walk in they were very dressed up, & the hostess & host of the resteraunt kept giving us looks as they walked by, it made for a pretty uncomfortable dining experience, although the food was wonderful! We also found that the people in the casino were not very helpful. My husband plays blackjack & he said the dealers weren't very personable. All in all, it was a very wonderful stay, the view outside our window of the strip was breathtaking, and we had a lovely time. The whole theme of the hotel is spectacular!

Recreational Attactions: Short Walk, The Mirage is next to Treasure island & Ceasers Palace.
