i had been to a melting pot in pittsburgh and had a wonderful experience however the melting pot in knoxville was even more perfect - the customer service was outstanding and the suggestions for different combinations and secret little things that are not on the menu were just amazing - if you go ask if there are any combinations they would recommend and they will tell you all the secrets
