DELIGHTFUL,, DIFFERENT, AND DELICIOUS are some of the words I would use to describe "The Melting Pot".  The atmosphere is good for friends getting together or for a romantic dinner.  The booths are great for intimate settings, but if you were to have a lot  of people, the tables would be a welcoming way for many friends to get togetheras well.  So it has the best of both worlds.  Romantic or friends getting together so that you feel like your dining experience is quite and alone, or able to talk and have a great time with friends.

The foods that they put together for you to dip into the sauces are things that you wouldn't necessarily think of.  Apples with chocolate.  Such a diverse menu of items to put with your dips.  I didn't think I could get a full meal (neither did my husband) on fondue, but we were wrong.  There were 4 of us, and they brought enough food during each of the 4 courses for at least 6 people.  We had leftovers from each course, and when we ran out of our favorites, or wanted something back for one of the new sauces, they were more than willing to bring it.

The service was impeccable, so between the food, the atmosphere, and the service, you didnt mind paying more -- especially for something different and new!

Absolutely delightful and different than the usual restaurants.  Very enjoyable.
