The Knot customer service is awesome. I ordered bridesmaids gifts and a couple of weeks after I received the shipment, I realized the shipment was missing one of the gifts that I had ordered. I emailed their c/s department and they responded almost immediately asking when I needed it by - no questions asked. Took a lot of stress off a stressed out bride! I would recommend this company and their products to EVERYONE!!

I've had a terrible experience using the knot's online wedding shop. I placed an order of frame placecard holders and a "just married" tank. When the order arrived, it contained not the placecard holders but the matching coasters, and the tank said "just engaged." I called customer service and was told that a new order would be sent out. There was no apology for their error or for the additional time that I would need to spend mailing out their incorrectly sent items (which, by the way, had to be done within 7 days or they would charge me for them). The knot has great articles and items for someone planning a wedding, but their idea of colors is WAAAYYYY off!!! I purchased the lavender personalized matches and they are more pinkish than lavender. I understand that I cannot return them as they are personalized, but I also bought several lavender cameras and they are BLUE. They are not even close to lavender and they will not take them back even though they are still sealed in the bags that they came in. There is no way that I can put these cameras out on the tables as the color is so off. I am now stuck with 6 disposable cameras...

We ordered two sets of napkins and fans for my daughter's wedding. The imprint on the cocktail napkin was off center. I called, and the customer service person said to send her a photo which I did on 9/29. I heard nothing. I emailed again on 10/1. Still heard nothing. I feel they are unresponsive and don't care once they have your money.
