The Illusionist  —

I don't usually like specific era movies set in the 1900's but this story surpasses the period and you find yourself getting past the era...the story seems timeless. I enjoy each character and how they fit into the plot. Don't miss a scene because of a bathroom break...hold it until the end because so many scenes carry important information pivotal to the plot! The ending has a good twist...

Great performances by Jessica Biel and Edward Norton.

I have to say that Edward Norton was brilliant in this one, but I am quite a fan since Primal Fear. That (in my oppinion) is his best performance as the troubled alterboy with some serious demons to fight through...He had issues on top of his issues! The plot was twisted at the end to although some might have been expecting a slightly different ending, I wasn't dissapointed.

I totally agree...the plot to this movie, and the ending were very compelling!
