The Hartford — 

The Hartford has the cheapest rates I could find anywhere.  When I bought my new car the rate even went DOWN.  I also have my house insurance with them.  I am in AARP so get their AARP plan.  There are no agents, but I am ued to that type of insurance and it really saves money.  I have had no problem with them.  Have had no auto claims but did have a house claim and they were very easy to talk to and settled quickly.
