Every conversaton with the employees has been wonderful. The patiently answer questons and explain things I neede clarification with. The premiums are lower than other well known companies, including Progressive, Allstate, and Geico to name a few.
They have a variety of payment options, including monthly or biannual. I have my premiums taken directly from my checking accout. They have never made a mistake.
