The Green Mile — 

I don't watch a lot of television, and never watch movies unless someone recommends one to me. (I'm an avid reader instead).

I've seen The Green Mile 3x now, and while it is not a common thing for me to watch "feel good" type movies, this one so touched my heart. Tom Hanks, I've come to think of as one of the best and most innovative and versatile actors of our time, but the rest of the cast is outstanding as well.

I think it's just  a very well written and directed movie. Big High Fives from this country gal!

The movie was great and I have watched it a few times BUT the book was soooo much better, I have read it 3 times now. I love it.
