The Green Mile Review

The Green Mile was one of my all time favorite book series.  When I read these books they were put out monthly and I couldn't wait for the next one to come out so I can spend my evening reading it.  I am an avid reader and this was one of the fastest read series I ever encountered.  I couldn't put it back down once I picked it up.  Amazingly enough, the movie was portrayed as close to the books as I have ever seen.  The actors chosen for the different characters in the books were perfect.  Tom Hanks is an amazing actor and just made the movie as entertaining for adults as well as the younger generation.  I have never seen a movie that was so closely portrayed to what I had previously read in a book before.  Not only is the movie awesome but there are laughs, tears, astonishment and amazement throughout the movie.  This is one of those movies that once you've seen it you will never forget it but that doesn't stop you from watching it over and over again.  This is an absolute must see movie for everyone.  Each character in the book couldn't have been portrayed by a better actor/actress than this movie has done.  I praise all that were involved in making this movie because, as I said earlier, The Green Mile, is an absolute must see for all.
