The First Years Soothie Baby Bottle — 

I bought three sets of the first years soothie bottles.  Three of the collars leaked out the formula.  I called the company to get replacements.  They were not helpful at all.  I was told I would have to ship complete bottles back and then replacements would be mailed to me.  Why should I have to return full bottles at my expense due to defects in the ring?  I would rather start over with a brand that I could purchase replacement parts for.  Another brand with similar shape and nipple was successful with my older son,  I guess I will go back to them.
