My baby is 6 months old, this week... she has been latching on worse and worse!  I barely ever give her a bottle and when I do it's water, just for her to play with after she eats some cereal or something...

So I got this bottle because I thought she would get less air and MAYBE it would help with her...

I exclusively breastfed my first two children, but need to supplement for medical reasons this time and found Breastflow in an ad online. They are the best!!

I had used Avent and liked them alot, but these have a two part nipple design and the flow is slower and the outer nipple much softer, so more like...

If you are both bottle and breast feeding these are the only bottles to use!  My daughter would not take any other bottle.  These bottles are designed to work like the breast and not confuse your baby.  They are the perfect solution for moms who want to nurse but sometimes need to use a bottle.

We started with Avent bottles and even with the slow-flow newborn nipple, it seemed the flow was too fast and he lost quite a bit of milk out of the side while eating. Because we are breastfeeding, we thought we would try the Breastflow bottles.

At first I thought "I could honestly take them or leave them." He seemed to be more burpy, the flow still seemed too fast (he still lost some out the sides), and I hated how the milk gathered in the nipple and you'd have to squeeze the sides to let the milk back down.

Then as we used them more, they became less strange and I actually liked them. I think...

I have breastfeed all four of my kids. My first two would take a bottle when I  needed them two but my last two were not having it. I have bought every bottle there is to try and this is the only one that worked. This bottle is awesome and I just wished somone had told me about it before.

I have breast fed all three of my children. I've gone through a ton of bottles that claim to be good for supplementing pumped milk. This is the only one that holds true to it's claims. Don't waste time or money on other brands...PLEASE. You will not be disappointed! My two month old latched on immediately and drank it right down. This is so much like breastfeeding your baby and I feel confident and pleased with my purchase. Never again will I buy another bottle except this one. Now if I want a few hours out with my girlfriends or I'm somewhere where I feel uncomfortable breastfeeding, my baby will... read full review »

THe breastflow bottles are great for those times when you are just not able to breastfeed. i use them only on occasion but my 10 month old has had no problem (since he was 2 months old) drinking from these when i was not able to nurse him.

only downside i have found was that if you forget to squeeze the milk back down into the bottle before you twist off teh cap, you will have a mess all over your hands!

easy to clean- i throw in teh diswasher.

price is worth the product you recieve!

My Daughter is 10 months old and has been using these bottle since she was born. I am breastfeeding her still, and she has NEVER had nipple confusion or not wanted to latch on after using this product! I have heard lots of horrow stories of this happending with other bottles. I am VERY happy with this product. My only advise here is to make sure when you wash them you wash them really really well if not the milk will sit in between the clear nipple and blue nipple and create mold. Other than that i'm hooked! :)

We had to supplement a little at the beginning with this baby.  However, he was choking with every other type of bottle.  My mother found the BreastFlow bottles at Baby's R Us and I am SOLD.

I really like these bottles.   They do collapse when the baby sucks, but they do promote good sucking.   It takes a while longer than a regular bottle for your baby to take the feeding.    I am not sure if it was a coincidence, as my baby was getting older, or the bottles, but my baby seemed to take a shorter time on the breast after using these bottles for a short time, then before when we were using regular nipples.   At first she was slow, and took a long time to feed using these, but she got used to them and was sucking better and faster as time went on.

thank you First Years! The breatflow bottle is the only bottle my breastfeed baby will use!  this is the best bottle on the market.  I have tried EVERY bottle and bottle nipple on the market she wouldn't take them- pushed the nipples out wih her tongue.  She immediately latched onto this nipple- the nipple is softer and conforms to her mouth.  I was able to attend a wedding and leave her at home cause of these great bottles.  This is an excellent bottle for breast feeding moms!

The BreastFlow Complete Starter Set allows baby to easily alternate between breast and bottle. This bottle system has a unique two piece nipple design which allows the nipple to work more like a breast. Ideal for a gift or...

This review is for "The First Years Soothie/Breastflow" bottle which costs between $6-$7 per bottle and worth every penny!.    I began using this bottle a few days after coming home from the hospital with our child.  I wanted to breastfeed as well as use a bottle, for convenience sake.  This bottle allowed my husband or other family members to get in on the fun of feeding the baby without the worry of "nipple confusion".  Nipple confusion can be an issue with the baby takes a bottle and then does not want to breastfeed because the bottle nipple is different or the flow (how fast the liquid...

If your baby is a "problem-nurser" -- having trouble learning to nurse (her mouth is small, your breast is large, or he just isn't catching on) -- you want the BreastFlow bottle.

I went through 6 exhausting weeks of pumping milk to bottle-feed with my son.  He wasn't figuring out how to latch and suck properly, despite several weeks of appointments with lactation consultants.  We had tried several bottle brands, each claiming to be "just like the breast".  But none of them were working.  Finally an acquaintance described the BreastFlow bottle.  I was skeptical that these would be any better,...

The First Years Breastflow BPA Free Starter Set were exactly what I was looking for. I really think these are the best bottles out there for breastfeeding moms and I have tried many different kinds. What I love about the Breastflow bottles is the fact this bottle has two nipples! That might sound strange but it actually works just like the breast does. Baby has to open her mouth wider to latch on and has to compress it very similarly to the breast.

These bottles helped me because I was able to see my daughter's latch and where I was going wrong breastfeeding. She also learned how to breastfeed...
