I love the Breastflow bottles from The First Years! I got a small one for free when I made a large purchase at Motherhood Maternity when I was pregnant. I really liked the design so I went online to research more about them. I was impressed so I bought the starter kit before the baby arrived. The bottles come with 2 nipples kinda. You stack the regular nipple ontop of another and when the bottle is tipped milk pours inbetween the two giving it the feel of a breast. I intended on breastfeeding with occassional bottle use but that didn't work out for us. I was however able to pump all our sons milkĀ and give it to him in these bottles. The starter kit comes with a bottle brush and its my favorite brush. Breastmilk is greasy and this brush was excellent in getting all the "residue" out of the bottles and nipples. There are different stages of nipples for slow and fast flow. The issue I had was that once hte milk ran in between the 2 nipples it stays there unless you squeeze it back down in the bottle. My breastmilk was too precious to lose an ounce at each feeding. I would love it if the milk flowed back down on its own when sat back upright. Regardless, I will always use this as long as the baby accepts it.
NOTE: the reviewer indicated that they received a sample of The First Years Breastflow Baby Bottle
