The  First 48 Hours comes on A&E TV on Thursday's night at 8pmcst. It revolves around police finding out who committed a homicide. They have 48 hours to do it. It involves real life scenes and people. Most shows are from Dallas, Memphis, Miami, Detroit and Kansas City, Mo. I am addicted to this show! It shows what the cops and detectives deal with in the First 48 critical hours after a homicide. It is very interesting and informative. — The First 48 hours of any investigation, be it homicide, kidnapping, robbery, etc, are very critical. This is when the evidence is most fresh, the witnesses memories are most vivid, these are the hours that you are most likely going to get what you need to solve the case. — This show shows what the police do, how they think, how they investigate.
