My cats love their water fountain

My little boy cat won't drink out of a bowl, the water has to be moving.  The Drinkwell Pet Fountain is perfect for him.  My cats prefer to drink from the back of the bowl (I took the lid off and removed the filter).  It means cleaning more often because the filter doesn't trap hair that gets in the water, but it's the right height and who knows...maybe they're just crazy.  When they drink out of the front of the fountain the water tends to fun down the side of their face because they drink out of the back edge of the bowl instead of the front edge.
