    quiet sounding motor, cats love to drink from water spout, cats love the running water

The drinkwell pet fountain is wonderful if you are trying to get your cats to drink more water.  They love the running water and drink more than they ever did before.  They like to drink water from the sink if the water is running, so this was a perfect solution and now I can brush my teeth without kitty assistance.  It has only one drawback.  It is not easy to take apart and clean out.  You need a baby bottle brush to reach all the way into the water reservoir and get the gunk out.  The filters are about 10 dollars for a 3 pack, and if it keeps the cats happy, who cares?  I love my cats and want them to be happy and stay out of my sink.
