The album "The Ditty Bops" by The Ditty Bops caught my attention right away while playing ambiently in a large bookstore.  The sound is really unique.  Great harmony, singable melodies, an assortment of instruments, and really fun lyrics all contribute to the experience.  The songs range from fast-dancing pop to slow, deep, thought-provoking sounds.  An incredible modern take on sometimes old-timey music licks.  The first song to grab me was "Sister Kate".  In the first week of owning this album, I listened to it enough to have half the songs memorized and was eager to learn the rest.  This album is especially good in the car on a road trip.  It can take you somewhere else and keep you amused and interested.  Each successive Ditty Bops album is better than the one before, but there is a special place in my music player for the original album, The Ditty Bops.  I give this album 5 stars and have introduced many people to the Ditty Bops.  If you're open to good music, you will enjoy this album.
