This book had some great, controversial ideas regarding the Roman Catholic Church.  Amazaing detail about architecture in Rome.  Reading it is like solving a puzzle, cleaverly wrought.

But how many twists and turns and chases throughout Europe can the average reader survive.  The book is somewhat trite, but nonetheless fascinating.
