The Curious Case of Benjamin Button Review

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button has got to be the most romantic movie I've ever seen. It's not "sweep you off your feet" romance, it's the romance of true love that one can only imagine. Once you accept the concept of a man aging backwards rather than how the rest of us do, you realize that love is not only the physical attraction of two people but much more than that.

Love is taking care of someone throughout old age and never leaving them behind. This movie was a definite tearjerker for me and I found it much more about true love than other more romantic movies like The Notebook, etc. It is a movie that shows changing times and how people and their life situations change. It also gives you some insight on what it would feel like to have the same environment but you yourself change around it. It's a bit of a mindbender and the movie starts fairly slowly but once you get into it, you realize that the messages of the movie stand out very clear. To love another is not about what our world today promotes: sexuality, attraction, finances - it is truly about caring for another individual until the moment they leave this earth no matter what state they may be in.

This is a movie everyone should watch and learn from.
