This is the first book I studied to learn how to practice aromatherapy. I kept it at my side for months for reference! It has everything you need to know to start practicing yourself.
This book has so much to offer it's hard to explain all of it at once. What it says at the bottom of the cover of the book says it all.

It guides you on how to use them safely for every day ailments such as headaches, colds, scrapes, burns, mood and so much more! I find most of them to be very useful but my favorite is using them to adjust my moods. Certain oils have certain effects when using them in different ways. I add Lavender and Chamomile in my bath at night to help me sleep and to unwind after a long day. I have an aromatherapy diffuser necklace which I place Geranium in to keep me in a good mood all day! When using them for an extended period of time they have great effects on your overall health! This book teaches you more then you need to know for just starting out AND continuing to use oils! I find myself still looking up things I have forgotten and for cross-referencing with my other books!
I highly recommend this book whether you are just thinking about using Essential Oils, just starting out, or even if you are already using them yourself! I have many books on this subject and this by far is my favorite!
