The Cheesecake Factory- All locations - Sherman Oaks, CA —
This was our first visit to the Tigard/Portland Oregon, Cheescake Factory. We knew there would be a wait so, weren't really surpised at the slightly over an hour wait. The restaurant is located in a mall so, we walked around and came back to the restaurant. Our food was good, portions generous and server knowledgeable. Our only complaint was that our entrees were brought out right after our appetizer. We had about 3 minutes to eat our appetizer which does not leave much time for enjoying. My husband just moved on to his entree so that it would be hot. I finished my appetizer and wound up taking my entree home since it was cold by the time I got to it. I understand the need to move customers along when you have a long line of customers waiting to get in. Considering I've already waited, allow us enough time to actually eat and enjoy our food. I did enjoy my food the next day as leftovers so, the quality is good. The service needs a little work...
