If you Love Carbs This Diet is For You
This is a great diet for those of you who love carbohydrates such as bread and pasta. It is not only a diet but also a plan for choosing a healthier way of eating. You can have your carbs with this diet but do not overdo them. You cannot eat cups and cups of pasta or lots of bread but you can have a normal portion size at a meal when paired with healthy choice options such as vegetables and protein. I find that it is easier to stay on this plan as you are allowed to have a small amount of the foods you like as opposed to diet plans where you are not supposed to have any carbohydrates. Carbohydrates give you energy and as long as you choose the healthy ones such as whole grain pasta or bread , you can have some and it will not derail your weight loss. I like this diet as it does give you some variety in what you can eat and does not make you miserable. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to start a diet where you can have some more options when it comes to what you can and cannot eat.
