The Boppy Company Bare Naked Pillow — 

This product is great for propping your baby, whether on the tummy or back. My son loves it, I couldn't be happier with it. He's 5 months old and we still use it.  It also hugs the baby so he/she feels more secure.  I wish this company would make something that props babies while sleeping, my son did not like his crib for the first few months.
