I love everything about it. Its smell, contour, and how it freshens your days. It is different from other variants of body butters I have bought before. I live in a tropical country and the smell is very suitable if you hate using perfumes. Scent Its scents brightens up my mood when I use it in the mornings after baths and at nights when I have very exhausting days. It freshens up and never boring. Absorption It absorbs fast enough so you do not have to wait every time you need to get clothes on. Not like other body butters, you do not have to use any fans or air conditioners to make it dry. Effectiveness It is very effective and helpful to soften skins and great to use when you have very dry skin. do not worry if you have very sensitive skin. It does not cause rashes or itchiness even if you put a large amount of it on your skin. It is not animal-tested. So do not worry if you are animal lovers. They do not harm animals just to produce a perfect body care.

Mmmm, the Pink Grapefruit Body butter at the Body Shop smells absolutely amazing! Grapefruit is one of my favorite scents and this one didn't disappoint. It is extremely moisturizing and I apply it to my body usually after I take a shower. This is perfect to use during the cold winter months.

I was attracted to purchasing these body butters by the delightful packaging, but was pleasantly surprised that the product itself works amazing on my skin. There is plenty of soft, supple skin to be seen after using this product, especially if putting it on right after a shower. For anyone who has dry elbows and knees, this is a pure miracle worker. I would also suggest using a scrub on any rough patches prior to applying this body butter in order to truly maximize the effect. I also wish that they make this same type of product but in a pump bottle! Scent Delicious. Mostly fruity and floral. I absolutely love the fact that I can pick and choose the scents that fit my moods. Absorption This is a body butter, so it has to be a bit more greasy and thick than a regular lotion. This is exactly how this product feels, but it does not leave skin feeling too slippery. Effectiveness My skin glows and feels moisturized from this highly emollient product.

The Body Shop has a lot of sales so if you combine a few discounts (Groupon and regular sale) you can get a really good deal. I bought this body lotion for almost a third of the price and fell in love with the grapefruit scent. It is not too sweet but also has citrus added to it so to me it is a perfect combination that I never get tired of. The lotion is also nice. I apply if after showers and usually keeps my body moist throughout the day. I love it that the scent kind of infuses to my clothes and my clothes also smell really nice like grapefruit. Scent This lotion has the best scent ever! I love the grapefruit and it lasts long as well. I don't think I'll ever get tired of this scent. Absorption This lotion absorbs really well and keeps the skin moist. Effectiveness This lotion is very effective. I especially like it for my arms. I sometimes get dry patch at my elbows but with this lotion, the day patches are gone. I will recommend this for people with dry skin.

It looks like it would be greasy and heavy, but that is the complete opposite of what it feels like going on your skin. It is amazing! I love the light scent and it stays with you throughout the day. One of my very favorite body products from a company that has a reputation for trying to be fair and honest. I love that The Body Shop uses ingredients procured through Fair Trade, that they don't test on animals, and that their products aren't filled with harmful and mysterious chemicals. Scent Something about the scent of citrus makes me happy. Body Shop Pink Grapefruit lifts my mood every single time I put it on. The scent lasts a long time, but isn't overpowering to others. Absorption Unlike some other lines of body butter, this one absorbs almost effortlessly. I do not feel hours later as if I still need to rub the product in. I spend a lot of time outdoors, and if I am in a dusty or sandy environment, particles of wind-blown dirt don't stick to my skin. Effectiveness The consistency of The Body Shop's Pink Grapefruit Body Butter is nice and thick, but it lacks that lard/shortening-like consistency of some other products on the market. It moisturizes very well, smells great, and the product lasts all day.

Pink grapefruit is my favorite scent, and a scent becoming ever more popular, in face wash as well as numerous other body sprays and lotions, so I thought why not join the trend and try that delicious fruity smell? I put it on in the morning and it smells fruity all day. I love the smooth all over effect when it is used as an all over body butter. It leaves my skin well hydrated and softer, especially in the cold winter weather months that chap my hands. Scent This product had long lasting, all day scent and into the next day without showering. I use it for travel and long car rides to freshen up before meetings and business appointments. My husband loved it and could tell the smell right away, proving it does have a noticeable scent and allure. Absorption All body butters absorb quicker and more effectively than plain lotion, but this butter seems to lock in moisture even longer. I used it every other day and my skin was still soft and moisturized on the in between days. My skin was more hydrated and moisturized from this butter when compared to other butters on the market. It stayed softer longer, especially my hands that usually get dry after being in the cold weather all day. Effectiveness Just a little dab is all that I use and it makes my container last a long time! No longer are you squeezing out that last drop of lotion and rubbing it around sparingly trying to make dry skin hydrated again! This gives a nice, soft buttery feel that is non-greasy when used sparingly. It hydrates for long term skin!

I'm not normally a big fan of grapefruit scented bath products since they are usually very overpowering and smell rather astringent but when I saw Pink Grapefruit Body Butter at The Body Shop I had to try it. Thankfully The Body Shop allows you to test all their items in the store so I was able to open a jar and take a tentative sniff. I was very pleasantly surprised! The scent was certainly citrusy, but did not smell like the kitchen cleaner I was expecting. It has a light, pretty citrus scent which is not at all overpowering or cloying. This body butter, while still not my absolute favorite, has been added to my collection and I use it occasionally when I need a citrusy boost to my day. The Fair Trade shea butter used in this body butter moisturizes even winter ravaged skin thoroughly, yet soaks in thoroughly. That means that I can use this daily after my shower and it soaks in quickly enough that by the time I'm ready to get dressed I have silky, soft skin, but no grease to stick to my clothes. I definitely recommend this nicely scented body butter, especially if you are a citrus fan.

The Body Shop pink grapefruit body butter is the first ever body butter I ever bought, and I am so glad I bought it. I have dry skin and this butter helps me to moisturize it really well. The butter absorbs too well and keeps the skin moisturized and hydrated throughout the day. And the smell...aah, try it to find it out. It will amaze you. The product is thick, just like butter. Just take as required and massage into the skin. It does not leave the skin greasy or sticky, just smooth and silky! I have also learnt that it also repels mosquitoes, which I have not witnessed, but believe this is a bonus. Such a great smelling mosquito repellent, who wouldn't want? I always make sure to stock up these products when they go on sale. Anyhow,they won't go bad and I have to use them, then why to spend extra? I buy a big jar always, and believe me it lasts long, though I use it generously! Pamper your skin with this fruity butter, you will feel good inside out.
