I was very hesitant to try this soap after trying several other olive oil soaps from other brands that all left me smelling like I'd bathed in motor oil. Thankfully The Body Shop's Olive Soap is completely different! First, this has an awesome shape that fits well in the hand. So often soap is cut into hard edged bars that are way too big to be used comfortably, especially when they're slippery and wet in the shower. This has lovely soft edges that fit perfectly in the hand and is very easy to hold on to even when slippery. While the soap does contain olive oil it is not overpowering at all. It is just enough to give the soap a lovely pretty green tint and a very subtle hint of fragrance. It leaves you smelling clean and feeling fresh and soft. This is a great option for those with sensitivities to more traditional soaps, whether to the scents or the ingredients. I definitely recommend it!
