The main Body Shop product that I have used is their aftershave. It has a very pleasant scent that is not overbearing. It is also very gentle on the skin. Even down on the more sensitive skin on my neck, it does not cause any irritation or soreness, even if I had nicked myself shaving. The squeeze tube is 2.5 ounces, so it is small enough to be easily portable (and it is also small enough to pack in a carry-on bag on an airplane). But it doesn't require much lotion for each use, so the smaller container still lasts quite a long time. The cap on the squeeze tube seals well, but it can be difficult to squeeze the last little bit out of the tube. The only other time we have had a problem with this product is one time when we ordered online. The package was shipped and the tracking showed it was delivered,but we never received it. I don't know what happened to it, but I would guess it wasn't The Body Shop's fault. They did give us a free replacement though.

There is something always beckoning me to come into The Body Shop on every visit I make to the mall. It may be the smells that they pipe from the store out into the corridor of the mall. It could be the beautiful displays that catch my eye. It could even be the site of the people inside all smiling and trying out new and unique products. Whatever it is, I cannot walk past this store! The range of products they carry is phenomenal. I enjoy all the make-up, lotions, sprays, lip balms, body washes and adore trying out the scents and colors on every visit even though I tried them the last time! I am an addict of this store! The Fair Trade of the business is also a draw as it's nice to see and know of a company with ethics and morals. I don't feel a bit overcharged for a product that may cost less elsewhere (in a different brand) if it means that a woman or child or community will prosper from that purchase. I wish more companies felt this way. Whatever it is that draws me to The Body Shop, please, don't change. If you have never visited one, go and take a peek. It's a great place to explore, smell and sense. The people are lovely, knowledgeable and full of spirit as they seem to truly love thier jobs there. I would!

I love the Body Shop. I can find fragrances, make up, body wash and hair care products here. My favorite product is the ginger shampoo. I hope it never gets discontinued. For years I had struggled with a dry scalp. This was probably because I have chemically and color treated hair. I tried everything from shampoos to oils to special creams. I remember reading a review about the Body Shop's ginger shampoo. Since I bought it that day, I have been using it for the past few years. I have had no problems with dry scalp or flakes at all. It is a miracle worker. I highly suggest it for anyone with similar problems. I also love their make up. I am partial to their lipsticks. They are long lasting and also smell good. I don't have to worry that I am swallowing harmful chemicals. Last I really like the tea tree skin care products. I use the cream for acne and put it on daily after I wash my face. I also like the face wash as well. If you buy products from Body Shop, you won't be disappointed.

I love the Body Shop and what they stand for. I love that they don't do any animal testing and offer fair trade pricing for their ingredients. I also love that they're upfront about what they put in their products - it helps me avoid alergins for myself and for my friends and family when I'm giving gifts. The only thing I don't like about the Body Shop is that I feel like I can't ever pay full price for their stuff. They run hefty sales all the time, so I always want to wait for one of those before I buy anything. This sometimes means I can't just buy what I need more of when I want, but that's not that big of a deal. In particular, I like to buy the body shop's home fragrance oils. These are some of the best on the market that i've found and the price when on sale (usually BOGO or 50%) can't be beat. A little bit goes a long way and you can really mix and match them. I also love their body butters (of course). Their new Absinthe hand care line is also not to be missed. The BB cream was another recent purchase of mine that I'm now thoroughly in love with. So far I've yet to try a product from their that I don't like (aside from a scent preference)

I placed an order during one of the Body Shop's buy three, get three free sales. They canceled most of my order (because they said they were out of stock) except for one bar of soap which they charged me full price for, no discount at all. Customer service was not helpful. Despite the fact that they said they were out of stock of the products I ordered, these products were available just a few hours later on their website. The Body Shop was unwilling to give me the savings I thought I was getting when I placed the order. They refused to do a price adjustment on the items to reflect the price I was quoted during the sale. I was politely asking for them to ship my order as I ordered it - and the customer service would not help me. They told me to re-co my order at full price. You might think you will get a good deal from The Body Shop, but all I got was a lot of problems and a trip to the store to return their pricey soap.

They are doing really well for all the body butters, especially for people live in cold dry countries, the effect is significant. they have nice product designs, not too expensive and sometime have good offers (half price for selected butters etc). A very good choice for gifts to elderly and family who need skin care, especially in dry season. they have so many kind of flavour to select which make its products more fancy.

I love the body shop!!! I have been going to this store for years..I have had a lot of problems associated with dry skin that formed dry patches after a while. I needed help badly and was giving up after i tried all other products including prescriptions..I love their organic body wash in all flavors, their pure olive oil soap, and body butters.. all my skin problems were resolved after I discovered this place...I highly recommend every woman to go in and u will become addicted for your skin healthy needs... warning... they are a bit pricy but weel worth it.

The Body Shop has greate sales right after Christamas and around the beginning of June. These sales both have great deals on discontinued products and good deals on current products. Their products are much more natural than Bath and Body Works but you still have to be aware of the ingredients. Some favorites are the olive oil body butter, the cranberry body products available during the holidays, the frangrance oils for the house, and the perfumes. The facial skincare is nice but pricey. My only warning is that I have had lip products that seem to be going bad within a month after buying, so I would avoid the soft lip balms and plan on using any products you buy within 6 months. I do stock up during sales but don't overdue it in case the products are more perishable.

The Body Shop is a great company that ALSO has great products. They're an environmentally conscious company, frequently have products earmarked for special causes (ex. victims of human trafficking), and are especially concerned with obtaining their ingredients through fair/community trade. Products are not only made with mostly natural ingredients, but most packaging is recyclable. They even make a point to ship in boxes made from recycled cardboard. I think transparency is a really important quality in a company, & they seem to agree. You can always find information on product ingredients, sourcing, and charitable funding. Oh, and in addition, you also get really great products. I'm addicted to the Banana Shampoo and Banana Conditioner, and if they ever stop making that, the entire Rain Forest hair care line is amazing as well. They're good about having frequent sales, and also offer a Love Your Body program card, which is definitely worth the investment if you shop there as much as I do.

The Body Shop products are quite expensive.  They are wonderful quality, and I love the scents as well as the way the lotions feel on my skin.  I also love that the company is environmentally consious...they use 100% recycled plastic to make the bottles for their products, helping to save natural resources.  The banana shampoo and conditioner is one of my favorite products from this company...great scent and leaves my fine hair shiny and tangle-free.  However, in my opinion, it's best to wait for a coupon or sale in order to take advantage of these products due to the price.  I buy them occassionally as a special treat for myself or ask for them for gifts, but do not regularly shell out the money for these products.  I have never tried any makeup or face products from this company...so I cannot atest to those, but the lotions, shampoo and conditioners are top-notch and worth it for that "once in awhile" treat.
