Sure did work for me

Although it's not quite as simple as this, The Biggest Loser Club/Diet is essentially eating healthier and working out. Being on this plan really did help me. I felt better, I had more energy, my blood pressure and cholesterol lowered, I put on muscle, and I lost fat. For me, I found this to be the best diet that I have ever done. Instead of eating two or three large meals, you spread out your eating to many small meals. One thing I really liked about The Biggest Loser Club was their four-three-two-one idea. I ate four servings of veggies and fruits, three servings of protein, two servings of whole grain, and one serving of 200 other calories. I felt like I was able to eat a wide variety of foods and satisfy my hunger. The key to this plan is doing both parts; I made sure I both ate healthy and exercised at least five times a week. The coupling of these two things helped me really shed the pounds. I would recommend everyone to look into joining The Biggest Loser Club and start living a healthier life. It really worked forme.

Great Motivator!

Change your way of thinking, change your habits, change your life. With the biggest loser club it's really that simple and you have a world of people that are there, ready and willing to support you along the way. It's a very encouraging program and there's a lot of online material to keep you motivated. As well if you watch the biggest loser tv show, you get extra tips and tricks and are able to see others working the program as well (albeit at a much faster pace). The main focus of the club is that this isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change. You can't go into it thinking I'll be good and do this diet for awhile then go back to my old bad habits. It doesn't work that way in the world of the biggest loser. You have to want to change, and keep those positive changes as your new lifestyle. It may seem really hard at first, but I think if you slowly work in the lifestyle changes you need, you'll gradually become accustomed to a whole different way of living and never ant to go back!

No different from the rest!

I tried this diet and I lost some weight I think the general attitude towards the Biggest Loser Club is that you can have the success that you see with the TV show. I am not saying that it is not true. I am just saying, don't be fooled. If I had the time that they have to eat right and work out continuously on the TV show, I have no doubt I could have that success. The Biggest Loser Club has success stories. . I have lost lots of weight with various diets but they all require hard work and preparation. I did not have nor do I now have the time to prepare the meals that the Biggest Loser Club gives you to eat. I also do not eat half of the things that they suggest I eat. I was expecting more interaction and encouragement also and it just did not happen. If I go online and spend time in the discussion groups, then I am wasting time that could be spent in meal preparation and exercise. The food they suggest you eat and the amount of exercise are both radical changes and hard to adjust to They give you the success stories but never tell you where the people are at a year later. It works some, but in the end, it is just like the rest of the diets!

The Biggest Loser Helped Me Lose 20lbs!

I have always been in the normal BMI range, but 6 months after I gave birth to my daughter, I realized that my weight was still considered 'overweight'. I am a regular watcher of the Biggest Loser TV show, so I decided to try joining the club. It was great! Even though I couldn't follow the workout schedule and meal plan to a T, I did my best, and was able to lose 20lbs in 3 months. That put me down 5lbs less and much healthier and fitter than my pre-pregnancy self! Effectiveness Awesomely effective, even for someone who isn't really overweight, but just wants to lose a few pounds and get in better shape. It would probably be even more effective for someone with a lot of weight to lose. Side Effects I'm not going to lie, you're going to be a little sore after the workouts, especially in the first week. But it's nothing you can't live with, and I never sustained any actual injuries from the workouts. The diet is pretty great, you lose weight and restrict calories without starving yourself, and hunger isn't really a common side effect.

Too demanding and not effective enough.

I can't complain that this isn't effective at all, as I've lost quite a bit of weight through this diet, but at the same time, it's not as effective as I was assuming. I know that it's not healthy to lose ridiculous amounts of weight, such as the 100 pounds people in the commercials claim to lose in a month. But, at the same time, I've lose about 45 pounds in two months, which isn't bad; I feel better about myself than I ever have, and this is the most weight I've lost through a diet. At the same time, I've had to work out about three times a day and eat very restrictively to lose this much weight. This isn't my favorite diet, mostly because it's so demanding and you really have to have a lot of time to be able to do this. I'm in my summer off, which is why I'm able to workout three times a day, but once school starts again, I'm not going to be able to workout, and I'm nervous all of the weight is going to come back. It's a risky diet, and it's very time consuming, so it's obviously not for everybody.

All diets require hard work, dedication and determination or it won't work. There are two main things that diets require: eating right and exercise. People expect these diets to work some kind of miracle. You have to work hard for any diet to work. It's not going to happen overnight. You will see results if you work hard. Each diet works different for each person. How has this diet work for me? I have seen results come slowly. I have toned down within weeks. I have seen the results mainly in my arms and legs mainly. The arms and legs are the parts that I feel like I needed to work on the most. I like to give things at least one hundred percent. I work hard on everything. I wouldn't get the results that I got if I didn't work so hard. I made sure that I stayed on the plan and work hard. They give you an exercise program, eating plan and schedule that you need to stick to. I became sore after a week and it was hard to stick to the meal plan. I did have cravings for foods that I wish I could eat but I stayed strong and stuck to my meal plan. I give this diet plan an overall rating of a 9 out of a 10 and I recommend this diet plan. Effectiveness There are two things that you need to do for this plan to work: work hard and eat right. Hard work and dedication is needed for every diet plan Side Effects My hunger increased in the first month. I was really sore in the first couple of weeks. Ease of Use Follow the rules and the plan and everything will work.

It worked - If you're dedicated.

This plan requires dedication. A combination of eating right, working out, and not breaking your schedule will result in a good result. Its not an overnight miracle worker, but it does the job well. I can't claim ridiculous losses such as 100lbs, but I can say that in around 7 weeks i've lost about 30 lbs. Thats not too bad. I've also tightened and toned up, which really is what counts. Being light is good, being toned is best. Muscle all the way!! Effectiveness I think the program effectiveness depends on the person. If you aren't willing to work and stay dedicated, the program won't work well. If you do, and it's not difficult to stay focused, then you will definitely see effective results! Side Effects Besides the expected soreness and slight hunger changing my eating plan and workout routines, nothing you wouldn't expect from a plan like this. No pain no gain, and this is definitely minimal pain and lots of gain.
