Biggest loser boot camp 2008 DVD is the best.

I just love this video. Though there are tons of workout videoes out there. After trying many different versions, this Biggest Loser Boot Camp 2008 just fits me perfectly.

I'm a beginner at workout and not good at any sport, so I figured the best shot for me to start is to try some workout videos first. So I did. My goals are to get back pre-baby shape and also be healthier and more energetic. Some of the vides I tried were just torturing to me. Until I got this one. The insturctor is famous coach of the TV show Biggest Loser--Bob Harper. I just love how this program was carefully designed to include warm-up and three different levels for you to choose and then a cool-down section to have a perfect stretch after the exercise.

The instructions are clear and fun. You can customize according to your own level and add more when you are ready. It really works for me. I love getting sweaty everyday with the video playing.

I love this Biggest Loser DVD. Some of the other Biggest Loser workout DVDs don't work so well for me because Jillian makes me crazy and I don't really care for cardio...at all.

This DVD is perfect. It is the perfect blend of movement (or cardio, but I hate cardio) and strength. The three levels let you increase your workout length and difficulty over time, which is nice because if you are just starting to workout, the full hour will kill you. The first time I did this video I went straight for the full hour because I had been consistantly exercising for three weeks (an hour a day) and my legs were shaking walking up the stairs in my house for the rest of the day. Lets not even talk about the day after. As I told everyone I saw that day, "Bob destroyed me." But I loved it.

There are ways to adapt the workout to your skill level as well. And the other participants show many variations. Overall, I love this DVD. I coupled it with the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga for an even better routine.

A great all over work out

This work out is great for those who only have less than an hour to devote to working out.  It allows you to start off slow with two weeks of relatively easy cardio and strength training and then add on with two weeks of additional strength training followed by another two weeks.  The program builds on itself which is convenient and a money saver so you don't have to upgrade your dvd collection once you conquer level one.  I have found the exercises relatively easy while still challenging for my fitness level (i would say I am somewhere between a beginner and a fitness buff).  It is also entertaining for anyone who is a fan of the show and especially of trainer Bob.  They incorporate former and current contestants which set this dvd apart from other fitness dvds because you are following along with regular people, not tiny muscle bound fitness gods/godesses.  This is a great all over body workout requiring under an hour of effort four or five days a week!

Makes you feel like you're part of the Biggest Loser!

I used to watch the Biggest Loser almost religiously and always wondered if the workouts were really as hard as they looked up there on the TV. Then I found the Biggest Loser Boot camp DVD with trainer Bob leading the way with numerous show contestants as his background and our incentive.

This DVD makes you sweat! I started doing this twice a week while still eating what I normally do and managed to lose atleast 3-5 lbs.a week by doing this DVD alone. Bob doesn't just tell you what to do, but he demonstates it and talks to you through the TV almost as if you were there. It really gives you the feeling that you're there and having people who went through this workout originally and to see their changes really helps motivate me to keep pushing through the DVD.

I would suggest this DVD to anyone looking for a new fitness workout or just someone who is a fan of the show. I would certainly suggest it to someone looking for a challenge, but boy am I glad that I bought this!

I am a very busy mom and slightly overwieght. I really enjoy watching The Biggest Loser on TV. I used to dream that it was me on the show, and that I was able to lose all that weight. Well, I snapped into reality and realized that it wasn't me on the show, and watching the show was not making me lose weight. So I decided I needed to get an exercise DVD and get motivated. I had no idea when I went to the store that they even had these DVD's. I seen it, bought it because I know the people on it from watching the show. Took the DVD home and popped it in. I thought to myself, this is gonna be easy. Started doing the exercises, and it is ver challenging. I did not realize how out of shape I was. I am proud to say, I started wthing what I eat and do this exercise program 3 times a week. I have been doing this for 3 weeks and I have lost 10 pounds so far. I feel really motivated watching this because it is not only the skinny, can do any exercise and not break a sweat people. Its actually heavier set people and the trainer tells you how to modify the exercises if you can't do some of them. Bob Harper is the trainer on this DVD. He actually includes you in the exercises and encourages you to keep going even if you feel like giving up.

Have watched every episode of Biggest Loser and knew I needed to do more than just watch the show to lose weight!  Bought the Biggest Loser Bootcamp at Wal-Mart and started right away...I Love it!!  It's the only exercise DVD I have purchased that the whole family can do.  My husband and our 5yr old daughter beg to do the Biggest Loser Bootcamp when it's time to do our weekly workouts!  Our daughter loves the music and the super easy instructions - she feels super excited to participate with Mommy and Daddy and it's teaching her incredibly healthy habits. My husband loves that he can do the same workout with me while using heavier dumbells to meet his needs and i can stay within my range using lighter weights, but we are still working out together and able to keep each other on track.  We both love that the people represented in the workouts cover every range from super fit to those that are overweight, out of shape and just getting started - which describes us to a T!  The totally customizable DVD is awesome because as we get more fit and ready to take on a more challenging workout, you can simply add additional workout selections to the DVD and it plays them all in order for you.  The Best Part is the cooldown Yoga segments....I never believed I could get my husband to do anything that didn't involve weights but that is his favorite part of the DVD, doing Bob's Yoga instructions to bring balance and harmony to your spirit and muscles while allowing your body to stretch after a workout!  This is the only DVD you need to get effective results - all you have to do is press play and start exerciseing!!!

Great Workout!

I was looking to find a workout that would keep me motivated and help me tone up and lose a few pounds. The Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD has done just that! I have been able to see a big gain in my muscles and loss on the scale! I love that this DVD has three levels so that you can step things up after a few weeks. I also love that the workout targets almost every part of your body. The only place I'd say it's lacking is in abs and back. A great workout over all!
