This album is Avril's third I believe. She has grown and matured; and it shows in the gripping tracks found here. She has also found love, something else apparent in the lyrics. Overall, enjoy the "old" or "new" Avril, both are found here! — The best damn thing has 12 tracks; the last one "Keep Holding On" is a personal favorite of mine. This is a great cd from avril lavigne. I am not usually into pop type music, but I love her. I found that you can hear a change in this cd from her usual music - she's getting older and more mature. but the songs are catchy and fun and she has such a beautiful voice! The only downside I found was that she curses in a song, which I don't like my daughter to hear in music. she loves avril lavigne too, so i have to mute the cd player during that word.… read full review »
