I had to wait 3 weeks for it. Shortly afterwards they attempted to take money from my account for a product I did not order. I called customer service and they said they would take care of it. One week later they charged my account again. I called and was given a run around. After insisting to speak to a supervisor for over 20 minutes I supposedly got one. He said he could not give me a credit because it had been sent. The first item took over a week to leave the building and this one they said was sent on the first day. When i purchased this ball i thought it would be a good quality exercise ball and to my dismay it was a ball i could have purchased @ toy r us for my son for a dollar!!!i couldn't believe the cheap little device(basically a plastic straw) they send you to inflate the ball. which btw doesn't fully inflate.i couldn't believe i paid 20 some odd dollars for a piece of crap..then when i tried doing the AB workout the ball moved all over the place when i tried to use it(as so demonstrated in the dvd).I'm not a very big woman..i'm very petite,5'1 103lbs, and i basically got this to tone my abs(i… read full review »

I purchased the ball and first... the process, they put you through 10 minutes of try automated... selling of other products not related at all to the ball... before you can complete the transaction...HORRIBLE!!! The charged for services I said no to and I had to call, wait on the phone and try and stop this billings. — Then they shipped me 2 ball ...which I DID NOT order.  When you buy a Bender Ball you sign up for a subscription service.  They will continue to take money out of your account in exchange for crappy DVDs, sometimes, as in my case, after you cancel your subscription. When I realized this was a subscription service, I called to cancel on April 4th.  I saw that the company removed money from my account on April 9th.  I called to complain and was told that their system was down and my cancellation could not be processed, but that someone would call me in two days.  No one called.  In the meantime I wrote an email from… read full review »

TOTAL SCAM! If you like to mysteriously be charged then sign up for this product ASAP! Once you give this company your credit card they totally take advantage of you. You will get charged every single month for stuff you never ordered. When you call customer service they say that it is taken care of and then the very next month you are charged again. It is a total scam and just aweful! The product doesnt even work right. They basically give you a coffee straw to use to blow up this ball, which is impossible. First of all I order the product through a voice animated ordering system, which kept saying yes when I said no. Finally I receive the package which is stuffed with a million tapes. I was like wow that's a lot of tapes for 9.99! Then I look at the bill and they had actually charged me about $40 for a ten dollar product. I immediately called customer service and found that was only the first part of the payment they actually wanted to take $30 out the following month. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM. Okay so 1st.  I never order anything over the phone for the reasons all of these people have stated.  I ordered it online knowing I would be paying 30 off the bat.  And the order process online only took 5 minutes and you can physically see all the fine print so I knew when to click no and whatnot.  If you do not know what you are doing, you will get sucked into alot of different purchases.  But I got my ball 2 weeks after I ordered it (exactly how long they said it would take)  and it is not supposed to inflate completely, or you will pop it.  Mine inflates… read full review »

I ordered the bender ball and it took 3 weeks to get to my house, even though I paid the extra money for "priority handling." Do not pay for that, it is a lie. Then, when I did get the product, they had forgotten to pack the plugs to keep it inflated. I called them and they said they would send me two new plugs and I should expect to get them in 2-4 weeks. When I told them that was unacceptable, they said that they did not have the ability to send it overnight, but they would rush ship it to me. — This was 3 WEEKS ago!  This is a piece of crap; does not do anything near what it is suppose to do; this is a back killer; does not inflate all the way; very poor customer service; they shipped items that I did not order and when I sent back they never gave me full credit.  You get stuck paying for the shipping even though it was their screw up.  Took over two weeks to get, but they charged the credit card the minute they got the order.  I cancelled all future shipments from them.  But two weeks later they charged my card again.  I called and told them to put my money back and that I… read full review »

Don't order online!!!  If you do they will automatically charge you for items each month and send them to you.  They will claim that you saw this online.  They will ask you questions about ordering other items and eventhough you so "no" to all questions, you will still get this.  You have to really be forceful to get you money credited or they will keep it for a month.  How dare they!  I see know all companies have… read full review »
