I had to wait 3 weeks for it. Shortly afterwards they attempted to take money from my account for a product I did not order. I called customer service and they said they would take care of it. One week later they charged my account again. I called and was given a run around. After insisting to speak to a supervisor for over 20 minutes I supposedly got one. He said he could not give me a credit because it had been sent. The first item took over a week to leave the building and this one they said was sent on the first day. He said he did not have the authority to refund my money and I would have to send it back once I got it. He said he would send an email to his superiors and I would hear something back in 24-48 hrs. I also requested a copy of his email to them. I never received that copy. A week has passed and nothing. I don't know how good the ball is because I am too upset with the company to even use it. All I know is this is a very poorly ran operation. They draw you in with a $10 ball and then go after you for the real money once they have your credit card.

HOPEFULLY this will get their attention ,calling the company does not work

I had the exact same thing happen to me!!! I ordered it back in April and paid the extra 2.99 for rush processing. By the end of April, I still had not received anything so I called them. They apologized, said it would shipped back and even promised to credit my account 5.00 for the inconvenience. Guess what never happened?!! I just called them today because I received more vidoes that I never signed up for and demanded that they eat the cost for it plus reimburse me the 5.00 from before. They told me that they could not do that because I still had an outstanding balance of 19.99. When it was all said and done, I still have to pay the shipping to send it back and after the videos are received, they told me I would receive my refund. If I don't see a refund in the next two weeks, there is going to be a serious problem. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!! They have TERRIBLE customer service (and can't understand a single word that the reps are saying) and they definitely do not work with the customer. Everything is for their own benefit. I can't wait to see them go out of business!

Almost the exact same thing happened to me! They took me for $69.80 for a product that was supposed to be $9.99 plus shipping. 4 months later and I have only gotten $29.97 back. I just got that today. Still working on the other #39.83. They always refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. Have you noticed all the telemarketers and mailings you have been getting. They sold my name to a bunch of companies.

You can always call your credit card company and dispute the charges; they did the same to me, but I still got stuck paying the $3.99 shipping charges.

I did read on the website that they will send you a new dvd every week or month or something like that. That's why I didn't order from them. Yes, I spent $30 on ebay because I knew I wouldn't be hassled from this company. I have only tried it once and the ab workout is a total joke. The hips and thighs workout is better, but not something I would use regularly. I may still try this ball with regular ab exercises and see how it works. It did take me quite awhile to get this things blown up. I am assuming that those who give this rave reviews don't know about the charges every month you'll get.
