The Bender Ball Review

I ran across the tv commercial for this product advertising $19.99 with freebies added and thought it would be worth it only to realize when calling it was ONLY a automated system getting you to buy other products such as videos,vitamins and monthly memberships etc. I immediately hung up as i was highly aggravated and assumed that would automatically cancel my order, well i thought WRONG! About 4 weeks later it showed up at my door as i had not thought once about it since the day of ordering and noticed that they charged my credit card $55 and some change. I immediately called and was given a return auth. number and advised would be credited back to credit card! It was NEVER opened at all! My credit card status showed only $25.96 was credited and called them and was told $15 and change was a shipping charge that they KEPT! That was never disclosed during conversation for return! ..........ALL IM SAYING IS NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING BY PHONE UNLESS YOU SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON THAT HAS A ID OR NUMBER TO IDENTIFY THEM IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS! Too bad i didnt try it out to see how works but was irate about the fact i was charged twice for a product that i only had intentions of spending $20 on as advertised!
