The Bender Ball Review

I ordered the bender ball and it took 3 weeks to get to my house, even though I paid the extra money for "priority handling." Do not pay for that, it is a lie. Then, when I did get the product, they had forgotten to pack the plugs to keep it inflated. I called them and they said they would send me two new plugs and I should expect to get them in 2-4 weeks. When I told them that was unacceptable, they said that they did not have the ability to send it overnight, but they would rush ship it to me.

This was 3 WEEKS ago! I kept getting messages that my credit card had been declined and my order canceled. This is for something that I should have gotten with  my original purchase! I have called them every day now and still have not received the piece that will make my equipment work!

 Do NOT buy this product. There are hidden costs and customer service is rude and unhelpful.
