I CAN'T EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR!! First off I ordered this product through their 800 number, after the autamated voice took my information, which took forever. Then it tried to sell me more or sign me up to all these "free" memberships. I wanted to hang up but I feared that by doing so I would be signed up for things I did not want. After 10 minutes of this I didn't want the product anymore, but at this point there was no way out. I had already given them too much information. Once the call finally ended I just hoped the product would be worth it. 3 weeks later I was charged $69.80 on my card from Bender ball!!!! I had ordered a product for $9.99 plus shipping and handling!! There is no way shipping cost $60!!!! I called the customer service department, I was told the product is actually $30, but that they did charge me twice. He said the only way they would refund me any money is if I send the product back once I recieved it. This was outragous, here they admitted overcharging me at least $30 but refused to refund me! They also refused to let me speak to a manager. I finally got the product on 2/14. Almost 6 weeks after I had ordered it. I called the company to let them know when I was shipping it and to see if there were any special instructions. I was told by the rep that answered that they did not over charge me and would not refund me. again I was refused to speak to a manager! After allot of pleading my case he finally said fine send it and we will refund you. I sent it back and a month later I finally got a refund. I got a refund for $29.97!!!! I called the 800 number this morning and was told to call back due to computer problems. Considering my last two calls to this company I know I have a fight on my hands! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! THEY GIVE ALL ONLINE AND AS SEEN ON TV COMPANIES A BAD NAME! Oh, and they sold my name to all the other companies that they were trying to give me special offers to in the original phone call!

I also am having problems with Bender Ball. I ordered a DVD for 12.99 plus shipping and handling. I was billed $22.64 then a month later billed another $30.86, then a month later billled $19.99. I e-mailed customer sevice only to receive a reply a week later stating I need to call customer service. When I called they said I had a "convenience program". I mentioned that I did not purchase this. I was told it was shown on their website. I looked at the website again - nothing. Customer service said I would be refunded the overcharges, yet today another $30.86 was charged to my account. DO NOT BUY FROM BENDER BALL!!!!
